Lake Nasser is a huge artificial lake which stretches from southern Egypt to northern Sudan. The lake entered into existence because of the construction of the Aswan Dam between 1958 and 1970. The largest portion of the lake is known as Lake Nasser which is in Egypt to Sudan where it is called Lake Nubia. The 550 km long and 35 km wide lake covers a total area of 5250 square kilometers and has a storage capacity of 157 cubic km. Tania is a four-star luxury liner built by Lloyd’s specifications. The vessel is 56 m long, 9 meters wide, 1.8 m in the project. It has a power generator and 2X380 engines and a Caterpillar generator for backup. It also has a radar and shortwave radio. Tania has 28 cabins for passengers, including 24 doubles, 2 singles and 2 suites. All scores are resistant to fire and soundproof. Each cabin has a large window to look outside and is equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, color television, closed-circuit video, music system, international direct dial telephone, minibar / refrigerator, hair dryer and room bathroom attached. The restaurant of Tania is big enough to accommodate all guests in a meeting. The living room is spacious with a bar where you can relax in the company for alcoholic beverages. It is also a two-level solarium with pool and pool bar in the lower deck. Other services at the hotel include the reception, loading dock, laundry service, fax service and a gift shop. |
